We use fixed wing drones and were looking for a solution for 60 + kms data and video link

Which frequency would you recommend for us to use? Is 1.4GHz frequency good enough?
Can you just confirm the power supply for this? We have a 24V 2A power supply – that is enough? It should use 24 3ΕΝΑ.
