UM: Unfortunately, this issue cannot be solved by firmware upgrade alone.

ISDB-T set-top boxes are designed with specific hardware configurations that determine supported bandwidths (6MHz, 7MHz, or 8MHz). If your device only supports 6MHz, it means:

• O tuner hardware is limited to 6MHz
• Firmware changes cannot enable 8MHz support
• A simple software update will not resolve the issue

What You Should Do

1. Contact Your Seller
   Reach out to the seller or supplier where you purchased the device. They:
   • Know the exact hardware specifications
   • Can confirm whether your model supports 8MHz (in most cases, it does not)
2. Check Hardware Compatibility
   Ask specifically:
   • Does this model support 8MHz bandwidth (Maldives standard)?
   • If not, is there a compatible version available?
3. Consider Replacement
   If your current device only supports 6MHz:
   • You will likely need to purchase a new set-top box
