Thank you for choosing our 77Ghz millimeter-wave radar obstacle avoidance warning system, which consists of a main control box, a 77Ghz millimeter wave medium and short-range obstacle avoidance radar, an LED digital display (including buzzer) and a connecting wiring harness.
应用:
The 77Ghz millimeter-wave radar obstacle avoidance warning system is suitable for installation in front or behind the body, and the warning area can be set according to actual needs, and it is widely used in obstacle avoidance collision warning for heavy commercial vehicles such as trucks, construction machinery vehicles, airport and port machinery vehicles.
Main control box function: receive and process 77Ghz obstacle avoidance radar data, can access 1 obstacle avoidance radar at the same time, set the radar warning range, the warning range is 4 meters around the radar center, and the rectangle range is 40 meters long.
笔记: The distance is displayed within 10 meters to 0.2 米, displayed to one decimal place, and more than 10 meters accurate to 1 仪表, displayed to single digits.
Medium and short-range obstacle avoidance radar: Obstacle avoidance radar is a 77GHz vehicle-mounted millimeter-wave radar for detecting obstacles ahead at medium and low speeds. Compared with infrared, laser and ultrasonic radars, this millimeter-wave radar is less affected by weather changes, has good anti-interference performance and distance detection ability, and the detection distance can reach 40 米.

Level 3 Early Warning:
- Level 1 warning (farthest area): green light is on, distance is displayed, and the buzzer does not sound
- Level 2 warning (middle area): green and yellow lights are on, the distance is displayed, and the buzzer sounds
- Level 3 warning (nearest area): green, yellow and red lights are flashed to show the distance, and the buzzer sounds
Please read the precautions carefully before installation!!
(1) Please keep the radome surface clean during installation, and wipe it with a soft damp cloth to clean the cover surface, and then air dry it naturally;
(2) Please pay attention to the shape of the radar when installing, ensure that the installed radar is not deformed, and do not squeeze, bump, or fall;
(3) When installing, try to stay away from high-power electrical equipment and motors with strong magnetic field interference that are frequently started;
(4) During the test, there should be no obstruction in the radar beam range, and the test environment should be as wide as possible so as not to affect the measurement results.
安装 & Coordinate System
1) Installation direction: The antenna surface (flat surface) of the radar module faces the detection area and is installed vertically and horizontally (due to the small pitch angle of the antenna, it should be installed as perpendicular to the ground as possible); The connector is facing out to the right;
2) Installation location: It is recommended to install 0.5~1m from the ground; If the installation height is less than 0.5m, the installation pitch angle needs to be adjusted appropriately;
